1. Equipment cleaning and rust prevention
Before stopping the machine, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the chips and coolant in the processing area, and remove oil stains on the guide rail and screw. The coolant tank needs to be emptied and cleaned to prevent bacterial corrosion of the pipeline during holidays.

2. Key component protection
The spindle should be in a free state to avoid changes in bearing preload caused by prolonged locking. Place humidity indicator cards and desiccants inside. Seal the electrical control cabinet and turn on the moisture-proof heater inside the cabinet if necessary.

3. Energy Management
It is recommended to keep the weak power supply of the control system to prevent loss of position data. All pneumatic components should be depressurized, and the cylinder piston rod should be retracted and lubricated.

4. Special environmental response
Coastal areas need to strengthen measures to prevent salt spray, and key components can be wrapped in rust proof paper. It is recommended to install temporary dust covers in dusty environments.

5. Pre resumption inspection
Before starting for the first time after the holiday, it is necessary to manually rotate and check the resistance of each axis movement. Run at low speed for more than 2 hours before loading. Suggest arranging technical personnel to complete preparatory work such as equipment reheating and lubrication system circulation.
