At dawn, sunlight spills over the Banfu Industrial Park in Guangdong, and the JSWAY CNC plant starts another busy day.
The early shift is peak shift. Colleagues inspect and pack 22 soon-to-leave Swiss-type lathes and turn-mill centres—our current norm: produce in a rush, ship in a rush. Orders now run into the end of the year—our busiest half-year yet and our most “sweet burden”.
From Swiss-type to turn-mill, every machine endures multiple tests: laser interferometers sweep the guideways, Renishaw ball-bar checks circularity, CMMs lightly touch every datum—only when all data show “green” and meet factory standards is a machine allowed onto the truck bound for customers worldwide.
JSWAY’s order boom is no accident; quality gains start with natural ageing—many clients’ “hard indicator”: cast iron or weldments left outdoors for months, internal stress slowly released—no cutting, no heating, only “time” and “temperature”, what the trade calls natural ageing.
For every customer-predetermined machine we tailor a packaging scheme: large wooden crates in waterproof, moisture-proof treatment, ensuring the equipment is safe in transit. The packaging team also produces quick-install manuals for customers, simplifying on-site set-up. We ensure customers can put equipment into production quickly—an essential part of JSWAY’s professional service.
In wind and rain, JSWAY’s shipping area operates regardless. Packed machines are carefully loaded onto trucks, heading to customers to create value. Phase II plant construction and shipments resonate in the same rhythm under the weather. JSWAY’s daily life is just this: delivering precision machine tools to the world while building a smarter future for itself.
