Successful Visit of JSWAY CNC COMPANY Training College Faculty and Students to the Headquarters

On June 28, dozens of teachers and students from the JSWAY CNC COMPANY Training College were invited to visit JSWAY CNC COMPANY's Zhongshan headquarters for an exchange. Led by Chief Engineer and General Manager, the JSWAY CNC COMPANY team warmly welcomed the faculty and students. In the morning, Manager Zhu Yi introduced the operation principles and key processes of the machining mother machine production line to the visitors. Using high-precision CNC machines, JSWAY CNC COMPANY ensures the dimensional accuracy and stability of every component. The visitors observed the operation of CNC lathes, milling machines, and other equipment, gaining a direct understanding of modern machining technology.

Subsequently, the group visited the climate-controlled assembly workshop. Manager Zhang Lei explained that the workshop maintains a constant temperature and humidity to ensure assembly precision. Here, the visitors observed the Swiss-type lathe assembly line and learned about the assembly process and quality control standards for high-precision machines.

At the spindle production line, the visitors gained a detailed understanding of spindle design, manufacturing, and testing processes. They deeply appreciated JSWAY CNC COMPANY's technological expertise in this core area.

In the afternoon, the focus shifted to a lecture on JSWAY CNC COMPANY's corporate culture. The Chief Engineer shared the company's development journey, highlighting how it grew from a small factory to a leading domestic machine tool manufacturer through relentless innovation and strict quality control. The R&D Department's Deputy General Manager elaborated on the features and advantages of JSWAY CNC COMPANY's CNC machine tools. He detailed the company's innovations in high-precision spindle technology, control systems, and multi-axis processing technologies, showcasing how these advancements enhance processing efficiency and precision.

The Training College's Director Liang encouraged students to be proactive and study diligently. He hoped they would build a strong foundation for future careers in mechanical manufacturing.
