Jib cranes are a rotating type crane with a pivoting mast and a boom that carries the hoist. A jib crane can be either floor mounted or wall mounted.

This is the most commonly used Jib crane. Floor mounted jib crane is a self-supporting jib crane having a vertical mast mounted on a concrete foundation. These types of cranes are generally used to share the load of main cranes. All these cranes can rotate 360 degrees and can be electrically or manually operated.

Wall mounted jib crane

This type of crane is mounted horizontally on the wall and instead of a vertical shaft has a RCC column bracket mounting. The hoist mechanism is similar to the floor mounted type, but without a vertical boom. The RCC column bracket allows a maximum rotation of 200 degrees but covers the area near the bracket mounting without obstruction at floor level.

Traveling type jib crane

Traveling jib crane is one in which the pulley system is suspended from a trolley, or wheeled carriage, moving along the length of the jib, which can make full use of the working space for material lifting and moving. Such traveling jib cranes usually have lifting capacities up to 5 tons.

Portable pillor jib crane

Portable pillar jib crane its operating principle is same as free standing jib crane but it can be moved by wheels that under the pillar . All these cranes can rotate 360 degree and  can be equipped with different types of hoists, like electric chain hoist or wire rope hoist.

Column

Electric Hoist

• Gear box has specially treated gears for high wear resistance.

• Rope guider is in two halves to ensure east accessibility; thicken and dilated.
