In 2018, we processed all orders of vertical machining center received that year when our factory worked at full capacity. Currently, we are capable of processing the orders we receive 1-2 months ago. This means that each order, in any quantity, can be processed within two months and the goods can be delivered at the end of the second month. We have planned to continue to expand the production capacity so that we can withstand the increasing number of orders.

Every machine must pass three levels of inspection – self‑inspection, cross‑inspection, and specialized inspection – followed by online laser inspection and finished‑product running‑in testing, before it can be loaded onto trucks bound for customers. The laser interferometer scans the guideways, the Renishaw ballbar checks roundness, and the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) touches every reference surface – only when all data show “green light” is the machine allowed to be shipped.
