On the second day of JSWAY CNC COMPANY’s cross-department training, in the bearing assembly area, a pair of hands is carefully supporting an angular contact bearing. A special scrap knife lifts a pale-yellow lithium-based grease and spreads it evenly inside the bearing raceway. The amount of grease must be precisely controlled — too little will affect lubrication, too much will cause abnormal temperature rise during high-speed operation.

Not far away, the measuring faces of a micrometer are gently closing on both sides of a stainless-steel spacer. In the reading lens, the pointer is stable at a certain scale on the ruler. Here, dimensions are not cold numbers, but the basic guarantee of overall machine accuracy.

On the cover installation station, a torque wrench emits a regular “click” sound. Bolts are tightened in diagonal order, with preload applied in three progressive steps. This seemingly simple action requires uniform force and precise order — any negligence may affect the running accuracy of the bearing.

In the linear guideway assembly area, fingers gently stroke the sealing lip of each slider, checking every tiny detail. The sealing end cap is gently pushed into the positioning slot, ensuring the dust-proof effect meets the design standard. This seemingly insignificant step relates to the stable performance of the entire guideway over years of use.

As the setting sun slants, the light in the workshop gradually softens. People taking off their work clothes nod to each other, with a common tacit understanding in their eyes. The experience of this day allows every participant to personally touch the essence of accuracy — just-right lubrication, hair-splitting dimensions, uniformly distributed preload, and a near-perfect straight line.
