1. Machine with 150x150mm about 8mm thickness steel frame structure, the machine body is millied by high precision milling machine and vibration aging treatment, ensure the whole machine no deform more than ten years.
2. Hollow 3mm aluminum T-slot table, more heavy duty, easy to fix different size materials.
3. With high power constant water cooling mold spindle, more stable and powerfull than normal spindle, one time can cut 20-30mm organic glass easily. ( HSD spindle optional)
4. Machine match with separate control cabinet, adopt NCstudio control system, ensure convenience of later moving, handling and after sell service. At the same time effective protection of electrical components, to avoid vibration caused by the operation.
5. Y-axis adopt dual-motor drive to ensure the stable operation of the machine and improve the working efficiency of the machine.
