2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pickup) service upon Fedex,UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. 

to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account.Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

6.Q:How can we get machine after sales-service in our country?

A:A.The total machine warranty period is two years it is counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination.

B.Within the warranty period,we can maintain the machine for free for you if the machine has any question.The maintenance process can through video on skype /Whats APP/Wechat/Trademanager by face to face,or we send the related video to you,or we arrange for our engineers to your country.

C.If any machine parts has the problem within warranty period,we can change freely change it for you.

D.Notice:Any machine parts can be replaced due to its quality but not the improper operations staff member in question.If the machine parts have the.problem due to the worker improper operation within warranty period,then we can not change it for free.
